ELECTRICAL TESTING LAB
MCS has the ability to provide complete environmental and electrical testing. Our electrical test equipment includes an HP 8510 Vector Network Analyzer, as well as Scalar Network Analyzers capable of measuring in microwave and millimeter wave frequency ranges.
MCS has extensive metal processing equipment including a HAAS VF-2, VF-0 and a Trek DPM 300 allowing many processes to be performed in house resulting in short lead times to our customers.
We offer traditional spray painting and silk screening services meeting commercial and mil standards. All parts are cured in a controlled drying room.
Our experienced team can torch braze waveguide assemblies in any scale, large or small, all in house which in turn makes for less lead time. Dip brazing of alluminumn parts is per AWS C3.7 and AWS C3.4 certification.
At MCS we take pride in guaranteeing 100% accuracy in the products we release to our customers. We have state of the art inspection equipment like the Tesa micro-hite plus M600 as well as the Tesa-hite 600 plus D.
Domestic and International field installation and testing can be provided upon request.

ENGINEERING & CUSTOM DESIGNS
All designs are developed using computer aided design and computer drafting techniques. Standard and custom designs can be completed in a short time period.
MCS can produce custom waveguide assemblies to your specifications. Waveguide assemblies can consist of straight sections, bend, twist, pressure inlets, pressure windows and may incorporate many of the devices shown in the catalog.
